Donations – Directly supporting our Youth-In-Care

The Youth-In-Care Bursary Fund was created in 1992 to assist and support the Youth in our care, that have the desire and ambition, to pursue a post-secondary education.

Post-secondary education is a costly endeavor for anyone and can be an extra burden to youth in care.

With the generosity of those who choose to donate to the Children’s Aid Society of Algoma, we are able to grant annual bursaries to assist our youth in care with the financial burdens of securing a higher education leading to stable employment and a brighter future.

We would like to thank everyone who has contributed in any way to our organization.  With each donation you help create educational opportunities to the youth in our community.
